Ich begleite dich auf deinem Weg zu mehr Achtsamkeit und persönlichem Wachstum. Gemeinsam entdecken wir, wie du mit einfachen Tools aus Yoga und Meditation dein Leben nachhaltig verändern kannst – hin zu mehr Balance, Gelassenheit und Freude. Durch Krankheiten und Verluste wurde mir vor vielen Jahren bewusst, wie kostbar unsere Zeit und unser Leben wirklich sind. Ich habe gelernt, nicht alles auf später zu verschieben und möglichst viele Augenblicke bewusst zu erleben. In den letzten Jahren habe ich durch meine tägliche Yogapraxis, Atemübungen und Meditation einen Weg zu mehr Achtsamkeit und innerem Frieden gefunden. Dabei habe ich gelernt, Dankbarkeit zu empfinden und selbst die kleinen Dinge wertzuschätzen. Das Gefühl, im Hamsterrad festzustecken und sich in Nebensächlichkeiten zu verlieren, kenne ich nur zu gut. Doch ich habe erkannt, dass es wichtig ist, Werte zu haben, sich Prioritäten zu setzen und Veränderungen zuzulassen – auch wenn Stillstand bequem scheint, lässt er uns nicht wachsen. Es ist wichtig, achtsamer zu leben, sich auf Neues einzulassen und danach zu streben, sich weiterzuentwickeln.

I know what positive effects yoga and meditation have on our bodies. I will accompany you on your path to more mindfulness and personal growth. Together we will discover how you can change your life sustainably with simple tools from yoga and meditation - towards more balance, serenity and joy.
Many years ago, illness and loss made me realize how precious our time and our lives really are. I learned not to put everything off until later and to experience as many moments as possible consciously. In recent years, I have found a way to more mindfulness and inner peace through my daily yoga practice, breathing exercises and meditation. In the process, I have learned to feel gratitude and to appreciate even the little things.
I know the feeling of being stuck in the hamster wheel and getting lost in trivialities all too well. But I have realized that it is important to have values, to set priorities and to allow for change - even if standing still seems comfortable, it does not allow us to grow. It is important to live more mindfully, to embrace new things and to strive to develop further.
As a yoga teacher and passionate traveler, I have taken part in inspiring yoga workshops and weeks all over the world - from the Maldives to Mauritius, the Caribbean, Bali and Singapore. Each of these trips has enriched me in different ways: In the Maldives I deepened my meditation practice, and in Singapore I discovered the fascinating world of aerial yoga.
I am a qualified yoga teacher (200 RYT), aerial yoga teacher and mental coach iA. In recent years I have continuously developed my practice through various training courses such as inside yoga, yoga flows, aerial yoga, meditation and mindfulness training. I am also training to be a coach for mental strength and positive thinking, which complements and enriches my program.
A particularly formative experience was my last long-distance trip – a mindfulness trip to Bangkok and Thailand, the land of Buddhism.
In my retreat I combine the best of all these experiences - a unique combination of yoga, mindfulness and mental coaching that helps my participants find deep well-being and inner peace. I want to inspire people to realize their dreams and become more mindful. I have fulfilled my dream: a house by the sea, embedded in beautiful nature - an inspiring place to recharge your batteries!
